No: I would not recommend it. You are probably on a pain med and possible antibiotic. Alcohol is contra indicated. Plus alcohol will tax your immune system and retard your healing.

Yes unless .....: Yes unless you are having any difficult symptoms such as swelling or pain. These could be signs that you are still fighting a residual infection and it would be better to wait on alcohol.
