I have constant pain in the top of my left eye, eye exam, ct and mri all ok. pain varies between stabbing and an ache, not responding to pain killers.

Trigeminal neuralgia: Can present this way and, as with many conditions without clear physical or laboratory diagnosis, can be difficult to diagnose. Be sure to be evaluated by a neurologist with experience in the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
