Yes.: Probiotics may prevent the common cold or help you get better faster. They may also help prevent bacterial vaginosis [some small studies]. We're not sure if it will help with allergies yet.

Probiotics: In addition to the other good advice you received, gut health can impact mood, via the vagus nerve. Also, attitude and brain health can impact the gut. So, a good probiotic can be a good idea for both emotional health and bodily health. Peace and good health.
