Depends: Most consider the yoke ok after 9 months and regular egg (scrambled, whites, whipped egg white like the meringue of a pie, etc.) ok after a year.There is apparent concern that early exposure of egg whites, especially in raw form, can lead to an egg allergy. Egg that is in products that have been changed by baking is not considered a problem.
