If you have gout: If you have gout and that is why you are using allopurinol, gout has been linked to cardiovascular disease. If you have cardiovascular disease, you will have a higher risk for impotence due to poor circulation. Thus; i would not blame the Allopurinol as it is unlikely to be the cause. See your doctor for an evaluation.
