Astoundingly, Yes: There are a couple of techniques to enable this level of control. Certain practitioners of meditation techniques can do it, but the more common way is to use a device called a biofeedback system. This gives you conscious insight into the usually imperceptible actions of the body's "unfelt" nerves and muscles. But all that said, the answer for most of us is "nope.".
