Bursitis: To start, if it is pain just localized to the shoulder, then it is not fibromyalgia. To differentiate arthritis of the joint from bursitis is a little tougher, but simply put - bursitis hurts less when you are moving and arthritis hurts more when you are moving. Shoulder pain: Best answer is go see a doctor. If it is fibro u would have pain above and below ur waist and both sides of ur body, if bursitis it would get better w time, if arthritis it won't, . Don't forget it could be a bicultural tendon problem, rotator cuff, or ac joint problem or even a supra scapular nerve problem. So go see a doc.
