1 or 2 days: There should not be excessive bleeding after a prostate biopsy. Should clear up after a couple of days. Call the urologist it bleeding is severe or persists.

2-3 days: Agree with Dr. K. If you still have blood in urine a week after biopsy, it would be imperative to contact your urologist.
