I've been really dizzy lately, seeing spots, vomiting, and my heart has been hurting (went to the dr for it, said was nothing) started vomiting blood?

See a doctor ASAP : Vomiting blood not a good sign. Could be many things. Go to the emergency room now. Call a friend but do not drive yourself. Or call an ambulance if no help at this moment.

Dizzy: If you are vomiting blood you may be anemic, causing dizziness/ lightheaded sensation. Vomiting blood is not " nothing". Call your doctor and tell the new symptoms.
