Pregnancy: If you have regular menstrual cycles and are spotting now, you could be pregnant. A pregnancy test will be positive soon after your missed period (1-3 days) and sometimes earlier before you miss your period with the more sensitive urine tests. I would check a pregnancy test or your doctor can order a blood pregnancy test to be more certain.
