Maybe but it depends: Neither epocrates.Com nor drugs.Com found any drug-drug interactions. Several new studies suggest that levothyroxine is best when taken on an empty stomach at night. In truth, as long as you're consistent w/your dosing regimen, we can always adjust your dose when monitoring your labs (via tsh). Ask your pharmacist for his/her opinion (they're specialists in drug timing & interactions).
