Common discomfort: It is common for women to have some menstrual like cramps and round ligament pain at 16-25 weeks. The uterus is mobile and out of the pelvis. Therefore, it can move as you move and cause discomfort. Also, pressure on your bladder from the enlarge uterus can cause cramping. Make sure you are getting plenty of fluids.
