None: There are certain glaucoma drops that can darken the iris, they are not prescribed for this purpose.

Prostaglandins: There is a class of anti-glaucoma medication which can increase the coloration of hazel and brown eyes. It will not work on blue eyes. Most want to have ligther colored eyes so why would you want to do this on purpose?
