Highly unlikely: Having your tubes tied (tubal ligation) is meant to be a permanent means to prevent pregnancy. Although the chances of getting pregnant after a tubal ligation are exceedingly rare, there are reported cases of pregnancy after this procedure.

With surgery : Pregnancy after tubal ligation is possible with in vitro fertilization or with a tubal reversal.
