Hormonal imbalance: Your being on your menstrual cycle for 3 months straight could be a clotting disorder, but is not the most likely cause. More likely could be hormonal imbalance or that the lining of your uterus is too thick or thin. I recommend a visit to your gynecologist to determine the cause of your extended period.
