Yes: You are most fertile two days before and on the day of ovulation. If you are using an ovulation predictor kit, the test turns positive when it detects the increase in a hormone "telling" the ovary to ovulate, which usually occurs about 36 hours later. Skipping one day should not affect your chances of conceiving. Skipping 3 days could decrease your chances.
