Allergy Medications: Most patients can take medications to relieve symptoms of allergy for many years without problems or side effects. Suggests to reduce the use, use a nasal cortisone medication for nasal symptoms only. When in air conditioning during the day, such as at a job, do not take medication. When outside, or exposed to your allergens, take the medication. If you have a lot of allergies, take it daily.
