A member asked:

I am uninsured with high blood pressure.what can i do on my own to lower it?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not much: However, there are very, very inexpensive medications that are effective. Generic drugs such as hydrochlorothiazide and Lisinopril cost only $10 for a 3 month supply as walmart, target, and most pharmacies. Go to a free clinic or pay for a visit and get started on these or similar meds.
