Atrial fibrillation: There could be many causes of this but at your age stimulants (caffeinated drinks, etc) are a major cause. With your symptoms and the multiple episodes it would be wise to visit with an md (pcp, cardiologist) as severe problems like atrial fibrillation can lead to a stroke.
