Go get check: It's hard to evaluate a "bump" or any rash without seeing it. Please have it check with your doctor if it bothers her or/and you.

find the cause: Stop the lipstick and apply a cortisone ointment if it doesn't resolve within 2 days have it checked by a physician or dentist.
