Should i be concerned about a smooth painless lump on the back of my shoulder. i noticed it about a 1yr ago but it has grown twice the size .

Seek medical advice: Any lump that grows beyond one centimeter in size needs a medical examination and a biopsy consideration. Leaving a growing mass unattended can be a disaster in the end. No more delays...Go get a check up and ask for a biopsy, if need be.
