Dizziness : Fullness sensation and vertigo are signs of ménière's disease. This is an inner ear condition believed to be due to fluid form your inner ear leaving its confines affecting the function of other surrounding areas that control your balance. May respond to low salt diet or diuretics. Brain MRI or temporal bone ct may be used as part of the evaluation to exclude other possibilities. Check with md.
