I am having backache almost at an interval of one year. backache continues for about ten days and then after physiotherapy it becomes ok?

Chronic back pain: Chronic back pain is one of the most common problems. It is often due to genetics and overuse. It may never go away and managing the pain with different modalities may be the best treatment. Ice, heat, rest, exercise, physical therapy, manual therapy, acupuncture and medication are all ways to help. I would stay away from opioid and benzodiazapine medications completely.
