Antibiotic: See your doctor or go to the health department for treatment. Antibiotics can be take to treat chlamydia. Your sexual partners should also be treated to prevent reinfection and for their benefit. You may also need to be tested for other sexually transmitted infections.

STDs need treatment: You most likely need antibiotics for both gonorrhea and chlamydia. Your local health department should have an std clinic. Or any good men's health primary care physician can help you with this.
