Many possibilities.: Many things can cause fingertip peeling, including eczema, psoriasis, various infections, frequent hand washing or use of harsh chemicals, and allergies. Try an otc moisturizer and/or 1% Hydrocortisone cream and protect your hands from soaps and chemicals. If it persists you may need to see a doctor to rule out rarer causes, such as diabetes and vitamin deficiencies.
