Any time now: Of course you should always discuss such things with your surgeon but i would say that you can use such things as vit e oil or bio oil on a post surgical wound as soon as the wound is healed to the point where there is no more scabs or drainage and the wound line is a pinkish scar it has been my experience that such things do speed up the maturation of scars.
