The first thing: To come to mind is a muscle spasm? It could be the case if having more intercourse. If you have issues like back pain, poor sleep, headaches, high stress, you may experience more overall physical symptoms, noticing more pain than others. I think it will be self limiting, i cannot think of a disease that behaves in this way. Good luck.
