Hard to say: Right sided chest pain is usually: muscular, arthritic, pneumonic, pleural, biliary, hepatic, gastric or duodenal in origin. You need a thorough history and physical followed by a few select tests to determine the cause. I see you had a chest x-ray. Normal? Was it today? Since you've been breathless 1 day , it may need to be repeated now. Fever? Cough? Phlegm? Hurt to breathe? Hurt after meals?
