Depends: Depends on the severity of the goiter and treatment choice you made to treat the graves' disease. If you choose radioactive iodine, the goiter will shrink but will not go away completely. If you choose anti-thyroid drug, the goiter might shrink even slower. Surgery will obviously take care of the whole thing. Talk to your doctor about your options.
