Discuss with your : Doc , but it sounds like they are not simple cysts and if they are endometriomas then they need to be removed, your doctor should be able to do it through the laparoscope or the da vinci robot, and not through a regular laparotomy incision, if that is the case you should get a 2nd opinion as there are many gyns and reproductive endocrine docs who can do this surgery with the robot or scope.
