May be recurrence: .... Could also be unrelated. There are some conditions that can result in recurrent "pneumonia". This may be an infectious process or it may be an inflammatory disease. There are even some airway tumors that can occur in nonsmokers and result in recurrent pneumonias. Bottom line. ..If it continues bother you, or you develop more symptoms, see your doctor. You may need further testing.
