Yes: Without seeing the x-rays, there are many different scenarios, but you may have a "non-union" where the bones have just not healed. Depending on the type of injury, etc, you may be a candidate for a surgical intervention.

Fractured Ankle: If you have a fracture for that period of time and hasn't healed by now i would inquire about surgery but most bone heals in 6-8 weeks. What treatment have you had?
