Likely PUD : Abdominal brought on by eating, along with nausea and back pain is concernig for peptic ulcer disease (pud). Accompanied by this degree of fatigue suggests presence of a bleeding ulcer which has caused anemia. Other more concerning conditions are certainly possible. Delayed treatment of PUD may lead to untoward complications. Please consult your doctor asap.
