Very unlikely: There are case reports of glomerulonephritis occurring in Isotretinoin patients at a very rare level (one case in 38, 667 reported to fda). There are also reports of Isotretinoin curing glomerulonephritis in lab animals, so if the medication is helping your acne, be sure to monitor body systems carefully through the prescribing physician.
