Is tretinoin more effective against whiteheads than benzoyl peroxide?

Acne: The data shows that tretinoin is effective for acne. It also has been shown that benzoyl peroxide is effective for acne. If these two products are used together they are more effective together than individually. There is a product called epiduo that has both of these products together. See your dermatologist for a prescription.

Yes 4 long term: The answer really depends in the cause but, generally speaking, tretinoin isoprene effective than benzoyl peroxide but their use is not mutually exclusive.
