You sound safe but:: No increased chance pregnancy, if I am making correct assumptions: -you have the 28 day packs of pill & been taking them regularly. They have 21 active pills & 7 pills placebo/ sugar to keep you on track - you skipped 4 of 7 days sugar pills only -at end of pack, you began a new one. On day three of new pack you had sex. Pill taken perfectly is 98% effective- 2/100 would still get pregnant.

Ok to skip placebo : You can skip all the sugar pills without risk as long as you take the first active pill of the next pack at the correct time.
