Pain fever: Chronic sinusitis is usually complex and it will diffeer depending whether or not you have been on multiple regimines of antibiotics . If pain over the fronotal or maxillary sinuses have and pressure for more than 30 day it might be, but please have it looked at . If it is chronic it has potential downsides such as fungal infections and superinfections from inappropriate antibiotic treatments.
