Your choice: Thanks for your service. It's always wise to keep caffeine use to a minimum, if for no other reason than to get a good stay-awake effect for when you really need it. Despite occasional warnings from ideological people, the stuff has proved remarkably safe. Think about having no-caffeine days when you are away from work / other responsibilities -- you'll experience a mild, refreshing withdrawal.
