Yellowish bruise like mark that appeared out of nowhere. could it be melanoma? also have axillary mass that looks black through skin for 5 mos.

Bruise not typical: A bruise is not a common sign of melanoma. I am more concerned about axillary mass but that is probably a pilar cyst or other cyst. Either way it should be checked out soon!

Bruise : Sometimes a bruise is a bruise and will fade over a few weeks. Other times an area undergoing color changed could be cancerous . An axillary mass could be a cyst, an enlarged lymph node or even a skin cancer to name a few possibilities . . In any case, have a dermatologist evaluate any suspicious area.
