Menstruation: This is normal . Happens when you exert loose weight or under stress. If persisting , see a gynecologist.

Likely normal: Physical exertion, stress, weight loss (/infection and other things as well), can delay or cause a missed menstrual cycle...Or two. Likely will be back before you know it...If miss three, contact your gyn for once-over to be sure all still ok.
