2 weeks : You should discuss with your physician about risks and benefits of adding long acting beta agonists ( laba) to your regimen sounds like you may need it.

See below: Your peak flow may not improve a whole lot. If you were having an exacerbation at the time you first did the peak flow and it was 60%, then it may improve. But if not, your looking to control symptoms, not necessarily get a good number on your peak flow.
