Good Chance: If your periods are about 28 to 30 days from start to start. Then you would have ovulated about the 29th. An old way we check for ovulation is spinnebarkeit. This is when you grab some vaginal mucous between your thumb and finger. If it stretches really long (10 cm) before breaking, then you are probably ovulating.
