Delayed menses: If you get a period that is your usual pattern or norm, meaning it is not lighter or heavier, it is most likely that you are not pregnant. Repeat the test the following week. That will give you a definite answer.

Cycle: Check test every week if in doubt. This test is quite sensitive and accurate. Normal menses is every 3-5 weeks (10-13 per year ) last 1-8 day. See you doctor if no menses after 8 weeks and negative pregnancy test.
