Need follow-up SOON!: Yes! you definitely need to see your medical practitioner soon - you likely have an infection that does not respond to penicillin (which does work well for tooth infections, but not for respiratory infections). They will likely put you on a different antibiotic, one that works on the type of bacteria it sounds like you have in your chest, and the colored drainage should clear up soon.

Antibiotic : Your treatment should include nasal saline washes. Your physician or urgent care can recommend another antibiotic.

Tooth infection: Antibiotic will not cure a tooth infection, only keep the spread of the infection under control until you can have the tooth treated by your Dentist, an Endodontist, or an Oral Surgeon. See your Dentist about your tooth infection. See your physician about your other symptoms.
