See your doctor: Any new head pain/headache should be evaluated. It could be something simple, like an atypical tension headache or referred pain from the neck. But pain in the back of the head can, uncommonly, be due to a more serious condition, especially if there are other symptoms (vision, numbness, weakness, speech difficulties, etc).
