Maybe normal: Male ejaculate will be clear, grey in color. The volume is 2 to 5 cc. 5 cc is equal to one teaspoon. So, not very much. If it is much less than that, then retrograde ejaculation may be occurring. This is when a man's ejaculate goes backward into his bladder instead of out the penis. He can be tested by his family doctor or urologist to find out for sure.
