Epididymal Infection: The epididymis is an organ located just behind the testicle. Its primary role is transporting the sperm to the vas deferns. It also plays a role in sperm motility. The condition epididymitis represents inflammation in the epididymis. This can be caused by multiple conditions, but primarily infection. The infection can be related to utis as well as stds.
