Mass in scrotum: Signs of testicular cancer include: lump or enlargement in a testicle, feeling of heaviness in the scrotum, dull ache in the abdomen or groin, sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum, pain or discomfort in a testicle or the scrotum, enlargement or tenderness of the breasts. Cancer usually affects only one testicle. See a doc if you have symptoms, especially if they last more than 2 weeks.
