Cramping: In the late first and second trimester, there are ligaments that support the uterus, called the round ligament, that can cause cramping. If it is mild, you have no bleeding or discharge, and you do not have a fever, it is probably nothing to be concerned about. You can also get a bladder infection more easily during pregnancy that can cause this. See your doctor to get a full evaluation to be safe.
