You may be pregnant: Plan b should be taken as soon as possible after sexual intercourse, and is effective for up to 5 days. If you took Plan B one week after sexual exposure, and now your nipples are sore, you may well be pregnant. Check a home pregnancy test in a week or so to be sure.
